My Journey to Finding My Voice

For as long as I can remember, anxiety was the quiet shadow following the women in my family. I watched my mother and other relatives experience what I now know were panic attacks—episodes filled with fear, racing hearts, and an overwhelming sense of helplessness. At the time, no one understood what was happening, let alone how to heal it. It was just something we endured, silently.

So when I started having panic attacks as an adult, I wasn’t entirely surprised. What did surprise me, though, was how deeply they began to shape the course of my life.

One of my biggest dreams was to become a lawyer. It was a goal I had carried in my heart since the age of seven—bright-eyed and full of ambition. But that dream was never realised. I still remember the moment a massive panic attack gripped me at a pivotal time in my studies. It didn’t just shake me—it stopped me in my tracks. And somewhere inside, I began to believe I wasn’t capable, that I wasn’t enough.

Life moved on. I got married, had beautiful children, and built a life. But the panic attacks never completely disappeared—they would return when I was overwhelmed, acting as a kind of coping mechanism. I became good at hiding it, functioning through it, pushing forward despite the internal chaos.

Then came COVID.

Like for many people, the pandemic magnified everything I hadn’t fully faced. I was being micromanaged at work, manipulated into believing that no matter how much I did, it was never enough. The constant pressure, the disconnection from myself, and the buried emotional wounds came rushing to the surface. Something in me said, This has to stop.

And that was the moment everything began to change.

I had already been working with Reiki and practicing the Law of Attraction—tools that had supported me to a point. But it wasn’t until I discovered hypnotherapy that I experienced a true shift.

Hypnotherapy allowed me to go deeper than I’d ever gone before. It went straight to the root—to the subconscious beliefs and hidden fears I didn’t even know I was carrying. It was like peeling back the layers of an onion, gently but powerfully, and discovering the real me underneath.

The transformation was slow, steady, and profound.

I began to heal.

I stopped people-pleasing and started setting boundaries.

I let go of the belief that I wasn’t enough and started embracing my worth.

I moved from hiding in the background to stepping into visibility and speaking my truth.

I transitioned from surviving… to thriving.

And now, here I am—living my true purpose, helping others release their fears, find their voice, and live as their most authentic selves.

What once held me back is now the fuel for the work I do. And I truly believe that if I could heal and transform my life, so can you.

My mission: Empowering You to Speak Your Truth & Live Your Authentic Life

My mission is simple: to help you find your authentic voice, break free from the fear that holds you back, and express yourself confidently and truthfully. I believe that everyone has a powerful, unique voice that deserves to be heard. Too often, fear, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs silence us, keeping us from stepping into our full potential.

I know what it’s like to live with anxiety, to shrink yourself to please others, and to silence your truth out of fear. For years, I believed my voice didn’t matter. That belief cost me my dreams, my confidence, and my sense of self.

But through hypnotherapy, I found a way to heal—not just on the surface, but at the root. I reconnected with my authentic self, stepped into my power, and finally began living the life I was meant for.

Now, I guide others on that same journey.

Through hypnotherapy, I guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery, helping them release the emotional and energetic blocks that prevent them from speaking with clarity and confidence.

Whether it’s overcoming the fear of public speaking, expressing your creativity, or communicating more authentically in relationships, I’m here to support you in reconnecting with your true self and embracing your voice with courage and passion.

When you speak your truth, you don’t just transform your own life—you inspire others to do the same. And that ripple effect has the power to create a world where people live more authentically, communicate more openly, and connect more deeply.

I’m deeply passionate about empowering others to live fearlessly, express their unique selves, and embrace their true voices. Your truth matters, and it’s time to let it be heard.
